Terms & Conditions

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. At this stage we accept payment by cash or via online banking only.

All concessions have a 6 month expiry date from date of purchase. Please contact us before your concession expires if you need to put it on hold due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or an extended holiday.

Sessions and packages are non-refundable but in certain circumstances we will consider a transfer to another client. Please talk to us in advance.

KiwiStudio does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to any items, personal belongings or valuables brought into our studio and clients do so at their own risk.

If you are feeling unwell during a session or in the event of an injury occurring, please let your trainer know immediately. The trainer may need to stop the session or adjust the equipment immediately.

Please keep off any equipment in the studio unless you are instructed to use the equipment by the trainer.

During a session, please turn off your mobile phone or leave it on silent.

Please stay away if you are unwell, experiencing flu-like systems, coughing or sneezing, are expecting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have had vomiting or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us notice of any cancellation of a GYROTONIC® private or group session at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us by phone, text message or email. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance or if you do not turn up to a session you will be charged the full amount. In the case of GYROKINESIS® classes, please give us at least 12 hours’ notice so your spot can be released. Failure to cancel or to turn up to a class will incur a full charge
