CLASSES
INTRODUCTORY PRIVATE
If you are new to GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® classes, we recommend you book an Introductory Private. This will allow our trainers to work with you one-on-one to identify your goals, assess your abilities and formulate a personal exercise plan for you. Our trainers will introduce you to the GYROTONIC® method, explain how you can most benefit from the workout, and familiarise you with the GYROTONIC® equipment.

GROUP CLASSES
Our GYROTONIC® group classes contain a maximum of three participants, ensuring that your trainer can focus on each of your needs. Classes use the specialised GYROTONIC® equipment, which can be adapted to each person’s size and abilities, and each exercise is tailored to individual goals and restrictions.

PRIVATE CLASSES
A one hour private session is beneficial to those who are focused on achieving a specific goal or want to work on specific area of movement. It allows your trainer to start at the GYROTONIC® level best suited to your fitness and abilities and to extend or restrict your programme as necessary. This is also useful for those recovering from injury or suffering from chronic pain.

GYROKINESIS® CLASSES
The GYROKINESIS® method is practised on a mat, chair and standing. The body follows the same spiralling movement sequences as undertaken in GYROTONIC® classes but without the support and external resistance provided by the specialist equipment. Classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure our trainers can give individual attention to each of our clients.
