ATHLETIC PEFORMANCE

All athletes, whether pre-professional, elite or recreational, know that sport places high demands on the body's abilities to generate power, extend its range of motion and be perfectly balanced. This has led to an increasing number of high profile sports men and women, Olympic athletes, professional dancers and emerging talent to turn to the GYROTONIC® method to enhance their performance and limit injuries.

At KiwiStudio we believe that each athlete's journey is unique. We work closely with you to identify key areas for performance improvement and guide you to a better understanding of how to move your body to achieve your goals.

The low-impact, holistic approach to movement of the GYROTONIC® method encourages spinal movement that builds connective tissue, strengthens ligaments, and conditions the whole body. It can also lead to increased emotional wellbeing and can assist in the prevention of injuries.

The specialised GYROTONIC® equipment is designed to adapt to each person’s physique and abilities. It guides the body through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression and can help the body prepare for the unexpected events and improvisations needed in the world of sport. Your body will be ready to respond to challenges and attain optimal performance with a decreased risk of injury.
